Package Customization
We have chosen our most popular recipes for the general luncheon menu. Package customizations may be made and other packages are available), however, doing so may affect final pricing.
Guaranteed Guest Count
A guarantee of the final number of guests that will be attending is required and needed in writing (email) by Noon, SEVEN days prior to your event. The confirmation is required in writing to ensure our team may properly plan for your event. If a guest confirmation is not received by the allotted date, the estimate in the contract or the actual number of guests in attendance (whichever is greater) will be used as the final guest count. Once the guest count is given, it may not be decreased.
*If a guest cancels due to a positive Covid test, you may take their meal home.
Charges for Gratuity and Tax
Applicable state and local taxes of 9.75 percent will be added to all food and beverage charges. A 22 % service charge will automatically be applied to the final master tab for gratuity and split between the servers, bus person & bartender.
*Any additional gratuity left for the service staff is optional and at the hosts discretion.
Covid Room Regulations & Capacity
Both the West and East Dining Room can accommodate up to 50 guests with 6ft between each table due to Covid-19 capacity limitations.
The West Room is 5 round tables and 1 long table & the East Room is long banquet style tables due to room shapes.
*All guests entering the restaurant must wear a mask; it may be taken off when they are seated at their table to eat and drink. Upon using the restroom and/or leaving, it must be put back on.
Room Minimums
Private dining rooms are assigned a food & beverage minimum starting at $1250 that varies by season for the exclusive use of the room. If the room minimum is not met, the difference will be added as the room rental fee. Tax and service fee do not contribute to the minimum food and beverage requirement.
*Room capacities are based on one gift table with guest of honor opening gifts, not a “display shower” which requires more gift tables.
Deposit & Cancellations
We require a $350.00 deposit on all events and a credit card on file. Payment of the deposit, along with a Contract with basic details (date, time, estimate guest count & food and beverage minimum) and a signature from host are required in order to confirm the event.
*Deposit is non-refundable. If your event is cancelled up to 60 days prior to the event, we will provide the credit back in gift cards to dine at the ristorante for dinner or for off site catering service.
Outside Food & Beverage
It is our strict policy to prohibit any food or beverage prepared outside of our kitchen onto the premises due to health code. Upon request, the host may be allowed to bring in a cake, cupcakes or bundt cakes from a commercial, storefront bakery that is licensed and insured (no items allowed from anyone who has a business through their home).
*Arrangements must be made in advance with the Event Coordinator. There is a $25 service fee for our staff to cut and/or plate the items.
Arrival & Departure Time
Host may arrive one hour prior to event start time for decor set up, etc. Please note, we do not allow items to be taped onto walls, antique mirrors, doors, ceiling, floor, light fixtures, etc. Also, no confetti is permitted.
*Events must start and end at your contracted time to ensure sufficient time for cleaning and setting up for the next event and/or regular dinner service.
To Go Items
We are unable to box un-eaten leftovers from guest plates that have already been served and sitting out. We follow and respect the strict health code for the safety of our guests.
