Cooking Classes

No one else brings passion and love to their cooking like Executive Chef Calandrini. He hosts a monthly cooking class demonstration (January through April, September & October) on Thursday evenings from 7-9pm. Menu varies each month. 

$90 per guest includes a three course menu, two glasses complimenting wine, tax & gratuity.

Class demonstration from our Executive Chef who has worked throughout Italy & Europe and been with us at Frankie's since we opened in 2008.

Homemade fusilli, short spiral shaped pasta with our secret creamy parmesan sauce, sweet peas, mushrooms & crispy prosciutto chips

Homemade rigatoni "Carbonara" style with egg yolk, pancetta, pecorino cheese & black pepper 

Strawberry semi-freddo & white chocolate sauce

Frankie's famous limoncello after dinner "shot"
